Brandon Quiles, M.S.Ed.
Brandon Quiles is the Assistant Director for TRiO Student Support Services at Rutgers University-Camden where he manages the day-to-day operations of the federally funded program. He has 8 years of experience in Academic and Student Affairs roles supporting and advocating for the access, retention, and success of students.
Brandon is an alumnus of Rutgers University with a B.S.in Finance and of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his M.S.Ed. in Higher Education.
Brandon is also a doctoral student with a specialization in higher education and policy at George Mason University. His research focuses on how employee silence affects the various stakeholders of an institution. His most recent publication, “Archetypes of Advocates” published in Feb 2021 in the Journal of College and Character, investigates and identifies patterns of advocacy so that advocates and activists in higher education spaces might broaden their skills to increase effectiveness.
